Alexander the Great is one stubborn fella. Why? Got this from our older-than-moi Webster’s New World Dictionary. Never mind the stuff why I was reading one. The word “Gordian knot” caught my eye. It said,
“Gor-di-an knot (gör`di-ən), in Gr. legend, a knot tied by King Gordius, to be undone only by the future master of Asia: Alexander the Great cut it with his sword.”
Way to go, Alexander!
